0 Jeff 232 Report post Posted November 19, 2006 It doesnt hurt to to WD 40 it every once in a while . Even take out the orifice every once in a while and spray it. If you dont the orifice may freeze inside and is pretty much impossible to get out The M5 fan reduces over time also after extended use. You can buy the fan section which includes the whole outer black casing & fan. Xterior will sell them for about $22 The The U shaped pin also falls out , We just cut a peice of metal hanger and put it in and bend it so it wont fall out again Jeff
0 Barry M 73 Report post Posted November 19, 2006 Rinse it well after each use and spray with silicone spray, it doesn't evaporate like WD40. But anything is better than nothing.
0 Jarrod 22 Report post Posted November 19, 2006 We always rinse ours after each job. Just keep a full gallon jug in the truck with you. It really helps.
