Review of a business links section vendor?

I was wondering if anyone used these guys, I've seen prepackaged documents before and they never quite cut it.

I'm desperate to get a good contract together for residential work, not just a simple boiler plate but with relevent clauses to houswashes etc. I have no problem paying the money I just don't want to waste it.

Thanks for any opinions or tips or even if you have a sample contract for housewashing or roof cleaning you might want to share.
