Black rubber on white plastic fence

I need some help on how to remove black rubber markings from lawn mower handles and lawn mower wheels on a white plastic pvc fence.

Exactly what I was thinking!!!

I've also used a polishing (terry cloth style) pad on an electric buffer and a few presprays of simple green. Let sit for 3-5 min and comes off very nice
