Is everyone done for this season or still Cleaning
RSuds replied to mike movila's question in Residential Pressure Washing
Never really understood why anyone is done for season. If money is on the table go get it. Can understand if it is wood but anything just cleaning you need to go get it before they change there mind or something else comes up and they don’t do it. -

Great time. Love all the old timers like me. Rick, Diamond, Jake, Tom, Jim, Mike,Tom. I had a great time hanging with them and everyone that was there.

Residential cleanings-- didn't you wish every month was like May?
RSuds replied to John T's question in The Club House
You need to Max out in busy months to get the most your company can and lay off guys for 3 months. Let them make you and them more money when you can get it. -
Residential cleanings-- didn't you wish every month was like May?
RSuds replied to John T's question in The Club House
Keep getting the most you can. Buy more trucks. Get the better equipment. Make your guys better and get them to be as efficient as possible. How many jobs can your company do. What if you had 3 more trucks. Can you book 80 jobs a week and still be out 2 weeks. You will lose money if you are booked more than 10 days. Big decisions if you want to get the most in a month. What is the most your company can do in 1 month? -
You should do any work you can. If they only work half a day it is better than nothing and if you do them now then you can fill that spot in 2weeks with another customer.

We have a lot. What do you want. Houses. When I get in my office I can send a lot. -
Beth n Rod reacted to an answer to a question: What do you do to get ready for spring?

Setting new goals. Make sure trucks are ready to go and going over marketing. Keep networking. Also hiring more people and making sure to keep sales going. Should be another good year as soon as it stops snowing. Look into other ways to make more money.

You need to focus on your business you have and make that better before you spend more time on trying to learn something new. Start lessening to tapes is good, but you need to ask yourself what you want and where you want to go. Make a new business plan and goals. Before moving on to a new venture make the business you have better. Read the book focus.

Hiring more people advertising more and kicking but. Keep going forward. Get another sales guy and bump up my advertising that worked. Also get another office person so I can do more sales.

Still not golfing and it is killing me. Foot is still a problem. Not healing properly. I am to not put any pressure on it? What the hell. All I have been doing is staying in the office and working. Fired one of the girls (my fault just could not stand her) and it has been good, I have been booking more jobs and staying on top of everything. Got another big truck with all the good stuff and as much as I hate it I can say that it has been great for business. When I am good I will golf everyday. if it does go the other way I may lose my big toe and it will not be good for golf?
