Great description of our fair state at least the part I live in. The only thing you forgot were the pos rice burners with $4000 rims and screaming mufflers. You have writing 101 down.

Woodcare is not big in florida if your profit is not there then your doing the right thing. I"m sure you can tell when you walk onto someone's property if they take care of their stuff or not. With that being said most decks in florida look like they were put together for a couple hundred bucks.

I have had the same thing happen more than once regarding the reducer. It happened on my classic,my ground force and my big guy. I still think they are the best surface cleaners.

The pool supply companies carry a product called d-chlor that neutralizes chlorine,if you run 5 gallons through your pump at the end of the day that should work. you would have to unhook your bypass so you don't neutralize your tank of mix.

someone sprayed chemical on the concrete and let it dry.

i have always used general pumps and had good luck with them. but i just got a udor 7 gpm pump last month and it seems to be pretty well built and my workers seem to like it.

Stuck check valves it should be an easy fix. Pull check valves push the poppets with screwdriver to release or just replace with new valves.
