Daniel, Thank you for the correction, being in a hurry does lend to some mistakes. The test will determine between an 'oil' and acrylic as Beth mentioned. Rod!~

I think the way it works, is the an oil will not budge, but the acrylic will....with the alcohol test. Beth

use alcohol and a rag to test to see if it is acrylic or latex. Acrylic will come off with this test, latex will not. This narrows down what you are dealing with. Rod!~

Would you feel this way if you hired an unlicensed contractor because he was cheaper, got ripped off or had property damage and then learned that if you had hired a licensed one things would have been different? Just curious.... Beth
