That happened to Rod once years and years ago. He spiked a fever from it and infection set in. Ended up needing antibiotics to kill the infection in the respiratory tract. Wear your respirator!!!! Beth :cup:

The environment is important to all of us. We have one planet to call home, our kids need to live here and their kids too. I may not like the way oils are performing these days, but I can certainly live with treating the earth better. Anyone who wants to argue that pollution doesn't effect us, well, there is too much data to the contrary. Beth -

Yep...and beware... once a hose starts to go like that it tends to do it again, and should be replaced in the near future. Next time it could bust 30 feet into the line, or worst yet next to your hand. Beth

Rod passed a truck on the road today for a new service industry niche and could not stop laughing. They are selling gift certificates, and aiming them at holidays like...valentines day and mother's day...and the laugh factor alone should make them sell. In fact they are even offering franchise opportunities and I'll just bet they do well. Are you ready for this? www.doodycalls.com They pick up dog poop. That's it. No kidding. Check it out. I'm still laughing and I'll bet they are too...all the way to the bank! Beth:lolsign:

Time will tell the tale. At this point there is much to be done, regardless of which org you speak of, PWNA, *****, take your pick. Best advice I can give to you Carlos, is hide nothing, make everything public, and above all listen to the members. They are the reason the org is there, without them you have nothing. Beth

Many of us use surveys to get feedback and testimonials from our clients and this helps us grow in many ways as it provides valuable information to help understand how that particular customer wants to do business. Not all want it the same way and some are just off the wall and unrealistic with some of the expectations. Here's a twist for everyone to consider: Give the customer a feedback form filled out on how "YOU" felt they did as a customer! Why is it always a one-way street where this is concerned? There have been many times I would have like to have had the opportunity to tell some of our clients how they did as a customer and never had the chance because of one circumstance or another. We have been trying to come up with ways to educate the customer on how to deal with contractors including being polite, respectful, courteous and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times during the projects duration. Then the idea struck me that we never give the client a "Report Card" but we give them the latitude to tell us how 'WE' did in their terms of the experience. I think it is time for us to reciprocate in order to let our clientèle know whether they are up to snuff and worth dealing with in the future based upon our experience with them. What do you all think? Rod!~
