Hey Mike, the three foot dash from the back door is the worst part. It is wonderful once you are in the water. The meeting is indoors at a restaurant. Those who want to play in the tub afterwards are more than welcome to come on over. Beth

The adjustment level on the unit is to adjust the deck height from the ground. Minimum height is 3/4 to 2 3/4 inches. The rest I will check on this week. :) Rod~

Tony, Composite is in line with wood around here, at least the builders we got bids from there was not that much difference in the price. Many builders only want to build composite now. Also many will only build with a couple different types of material, not a wide variety. Beth -
Good question. I had the same scenario with indoor/outdoor carpet, but it was not fiberous. More like astro turf. Bleach did not harm it in the least. Rod~

None of the builders we know are thrilled either. Material costs were through the roof last year too. Won't be any better this year, given fuel costs. Beth -
In the delivery room... A newborn baby is just born and looks up at the doctor to whom the baby inquires "are you my daddy?" The doctor replies, "why, no! I am the doctor who helped deliver you." and hands the baby off to the nurse. The baby asks the nurse "are you my daddy?" The nurse says, "no, I am the nurse who will clean you up" and after which she hands the baby off to the mother who is very happy to finally see her newborn child. The baby then asks "are you my daddy?" the mother replies "no, I am your mother, I just gave birth to you" Soon the father comes into the room and he is beaming with pride as he looks upon his newborn baby. He leans over to see the baby closer and smiles. The baby notices him and asks "are you my daddy?" The father replies proudly "Yes, I am your daddy!" The baby puts up a finger to beckon him closer. The father moves closer. The baby still is beckoning him to come closer. The father puts his face up close to his newborn child. The baby takes that same finger and pokes the father rapidly and forcefully in the forehead and says with vengeance "How does that feel dad!" Rod~

Henry, All fasteners, nails screws etc. changed as a standard with the CA lumber. The reason you stated was why. They need to change what they are using for construction to the type suited for use with CA lumber. Beth -

Final Demand on dead beats
Beth n Rod replied to One Tough Pressure's topic in Documents, Forms & Proofs
Impose a lien on their property or a mechanics lien and send them a letter of the current charges plus late fees and a copy of the lien letter. (If your state laws permit of course). If you are allowed to give a time of expectancy before this goes to court, fill that in as well. This puts a time constraint on it. (dead beat call to action) Rod~ -
Lou, For what its worth, here is a brand new machine well under your price point. http://www.dcs1.com/del/pressure-washers/rk-41.html Talk to Larry and tell him we sent you :) Rod~

Looks like CA (Copper Azole) Treated wood. Did the spots look like turquoise? If so, then you have the same thing we have on our deck. You can sand it off, but I have found using chems wasnt effective in removing it. Instead, we got a foul odor from it. Yuk! Rod~ -
What would you charge?

Cujo... Please send one our way too, if it is not too much trouble... Beth -

Hang in there Lou, when you least expect it, one will surface. Sometimes in early spring they pop up too. Keep watching. If I hear of one, you will be my first call. Beth
