Yeah well, does anyone know of any contractors who had to replace the windows on a house due to caustic damage? I know of two who have done this, separate companies, in different places. Sometimes it is better to be careful. Especially if you consider there are inexperienced people who take this advice. Down-streaming a stripper is NOT a newbie adventure. Even a so called pro have to be VERY careful doing it. Beth

Try your house wash mix if it is just mildew and algae and dirt. You can use a surface cleaner if it is all level. Be careful of the sand in the joints. If it is really degraded, sell re sanding too, and maybe seal it all when you are done. Beth

Mike, What are you talking about? I have no clue what you are talking about. I'm sorry if I have not said hi on FB recently, but I'm not pissed about anything. Busy yes, but pissed at you, no. I'm not the silent treatment type. If I was upset, you would have heard it from my mouth to your ears. Mike, you seem to me to be a hard working guy who really wants to make a go of it.
