  1. . That's a 5CP3120. What nozzle are you using to test?
  2. I know...it doesn't start with U and end with DOR, huh?
  3. What leads you to believe the pump needs rebuilding? And what model Cat is it?
  4. hard crankin'

When was the last tune up?
  5. Electrode wear

Oh yeah, they wear out like spark plugs.
  6. Electrode wear

Those need to be replaced. A nice sharp point on the end concentrates and directs the spark. The gap needs to be closer, too.
  7. igniter went out

    Try this... http://www.aquablaze.ca/Manuals/ADC%20%28New%29%20Instruction%20Manual%20R805.pdf
  8. igniter went out

if the battery is going dead, it's burning up the ignitor. When the ignitor burns up, fuel sprays into the chamber and saturates it, so you get diesel running out.
  9. igniter went out

Are you having a problem with the charging system on the engine? Low voltage will cook ignitors.
  10. White Ox rust stain remover--what is it?

Oxalic acid...how much do you want?
  11. This will work, right?

Yes, it'll work fine. Make sure that each machine has its own separate suction port in the tank. If you "Y" off to two machines, and one breaks, the other probably won't work either. I have seen instances where a pump ends up with bad inlet seals, allowing the pump to suck air. Shut that one off, and the other pump would rather pull air through the bad pump than water from the tank. If you want to get off with a lesser expense AR makes some nice direct drive 5 and 5.5 gpm pumps. Call me and we can talk costs.
  12. New website

We have moved to a nicer place... Southside Equipment - Home Stop by and take a look. And a store, too! http://shop.pressurewasherky.us
  13. Is it shutting off or does it just stop firing. If you've got an oil / water separator filter, that's the first place I'd look. They're a great filter, but when they clog up, they clog up tight.
  14. You drive the crank out from the end opposite the drive, while rotating the assembly so the connecting rods line up with the journals so they slide through. And, yes, the bronze and aluminum rods are interchangeable.
  15. No, Fred, the 0 tip won't draw soap. You have to have a large orifice to drop the pressure and draw soap. If you want a budget "shooter" tip, get a 1/4" coupler plug and a 1/4" hose barb. That'll throw the soap up high.
  16. Just to get everyone on track here...the Craftsman machine has a downstreamer on it, not upstream.
  17. Bad email

Hey, everyone. If any of you send me email to russ@southside-equipment.com please use southsideequip@cs.com for now. My computer has gone flooky and I can't access the first one.
  18. Bad email

Thanks, Kevin, I'll give it a try.
  19. Bad email

PC Tools firewall wouldn't let the comp hook to the network.
  20. Bad email

It's not flookin funny, is it?
  21. Bad email
