Thanks, Adrian. I appreciate the kind words.
Scott, I don't know what to think about a man who can't keep track of his dipstick...

Nazi.
Just kidding, please don't ban me.

You're right on the nozzle size.
Your running problem could just be not enough warm up time. Modern small engines are required by the EPA to run lean. A lean mixture in a cold engine doesn't support horsepower very well.

I can get window cleaning supplies...don't stock them. But if you know what you need, I can order them for you.

Brenntag sells the 15 gal jugs and 55 gallon drums. Call them. They're over off Ralph Ave between Dixie and Cane Run.
-
You could always run it up to Louisville to see me.

Try Brenntag. They're over off Ralph Avenue.

Pull both plugs and hook them up to the wires. Set them both where they can ground against the engine, and crank the engine over to check for spark at both plugs. I have gotten spark plugs that are bad out of the box. Vannys also have a wire that runs from coil to coil, then to ground. This wire has 2 diodes in it. If one diode burns out, one coil will ground out the other.

What brand and model number is the machine?

You can remove the TRV ( the fitting in the lower hole), install a "T", put the TRV back in the end of it, and install a barb for your bypass return.
-
You need to bypass to the fitting below the pop off valve. Get some braided vinyl tubing so it'll last, and get an oilcap.

The unloader should kick out at 10% above operating pressure, so you should unload at about 3850 psi...4000 isn't too far off. The pressure climb could be: hot water expansion in the line, or a slight damage to the o ring on the outlet piston in the unloader, allowing water to seep past it into the hose.
-
While the plug is out, put a screwdriver down the hole and turn it backwards to see if the piston is moving.
-
Pull the spark plug and see if that does anything.
Jeff
That would be my first step. If the carb has leaked any gas into the cylinder, it'll dead head on the compression stroke. Pull the plug, make sure the switch is off, and rapidly pull the cord 5 or 6 times to blow the gas out.

Good deal, Kyle.

The bands will have to be cut, so you can't reuse them. Hydro Tek uses extra long hose clamps to fasten the tanks down.
Post some pics of the unloader setup. You'll probably have go through a Hotsy distributor for parts, as they are proprietary.
-
I think that's an Admiral Pump. Used to be distributed exclusively by Spraymart. They've switched to the Legacy brand, but parts are still available for the Admirals. Isn't there a sticker on the slanted part of the rear crankcase cover? It should have the model number on it.
-
If you spend too much time worrying about what your competition is doing, you don't have time to grow your own business.
-
Zach, put the pressure washer on the front of the trailer. The rear is the bounciest place on the trailer.
-
Does it pop off while spraying or when the gun is released? Could be the unloader is set too high or the pop off is not set high enough or is bad.
-
Hi, Shannon. Great to see you around here.
-
Who told you that, William? That is not so at all, unless the engine is charging the battery or turning a generator for hot water use. Think about a Volkswagen...
-
Russ- did what you said and everything has been all good so far.
That's a sign that you're K7 is getting weak. Might last a year, might last 2 months. It will eventually need to be replaced.

If you need a 9 mole surfactant, I've got N 9.5 (same thing) that I can let you have for $15.00 / gallon.
Ken, next time you need raw materials, call me.
