It is the month of August, on the shores of the Black Sea . It is raining, and the little town looks totally deserted. It is tough times, everybody is in debt, and everybody lives on credit.
Suddenly, a rich tourist comes to town.
He enters the only hotel, lays a 100 Euro note on the reception counter, and goes to inspect the rooms upstairs in order to pick one.
The hotel proprietor takes the 100 Euro note and runs to pay his debt to the butcher.
The Butcher takes the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt to the pig grower.
The pig grower takes the 100 Euro note, and runs to pay his debt to the supplier of his feed and fuel.
The supplier of feed and fuel takes the 100 Euro note and runs to pay his debt to the town's prostitute that in these hard times, gave her "services" on credit.
The hooker runs to the hotel, and pays off her debt with the 100 Euro note to the hotel proprietor to pay for the rooms that she rented when she brought her clients there.
The hotel proprietor then lays the 100 Euro note back on the counter so that the rich tourist will not suspect anything.
At that moment, the rich tourist comes down after inspecting the rooms, and takes his 100 Euro note, after saying that he did not like any of the rooms, and leaves town.
No one earned anything. However, the whole town is now without debt, and looks to the future with a lot of optimism..
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is how the United States Government is doing business today.

Now I didn't say they were garbage, just that they're more expensive to fix if that particuar part fails. Most do work quite well and last quite a while, too.
If you're looking at a picture of the pump, there will be no visible means of attachment for the unloader (bolts going through, hanging off a nipple, etc.) if it's built in.

Chris, stay away from the built in unloaders if possible. As with regular unloaders, if the internals get really worn, the housing suffers. An unloader can be replaced fairly cheaply, a manifold can't.

Sounds like there may be some crud in the needle valve in the carb. the gas trickles into the cylinder and seeps past the rings into the crankcase. Pull the bowl off the carb (shut the gas off first), pull the pin holding the float, and drop the float down. Be careful not to lose the needle. Clean the needle and the hole it came out of, and put the float back on. Before reinstalling the bowl, turn the gas on and gently lift the float so it's parallel with the carb body, the fuel flow should stop.

The line that I think you're referring to comes straight out the bottom of the coil housing about center? That is a condensate drain for any moisture build up in the housing and should have a tube straight down to beneath the machine for neatness sake. It keeps the drips off the equipment, that's all.

Readjust the valves in the engine - .006 intake, .008 exhaust. There's a compression release on the camshaft, and if the exhaust valve clearance is too great, it won't relieve the compression. If, after you do the adjustment, it's still hard to pull, the compression release may be damaged or stuck, which entails removing the side cover of the engine.

All the Reelcraft 30000 series reels have the same "guts". The only limit to the pressure is the swivel.

Many different engines are made in China by different manufacturers. Some are pretty good quality (Lifan, Lorcin) while others are junk out of the box.

Take the 13 mm headed bolts out of the bottom of the unloader. You'll see a shaft with a ball shape on the end. Grab it and pull it out. Under the piston is a spring. Stretch the spring EVENLY about 1/8" - 1/4" and put it back together. It'll jump right up for you.
