New kid on the block. Can someone let me know what equipment do I need to start work in residential and/or commercial window cleaning business. What brand of equipment you prefer, what kind, how many. Where to get it from. I would like to get in to houses, storefront (Dunkin Donuts, Mac Donalds, BB King, CVS, Walgreens...) IF I GET LUCKY. I HOPE SO. If anyone has their company quote, estimate, invoice sheets that could share it with me, I would be very thankfull. Any feed back will be appriciated.

Can someone tell me where can I buy a chemical tank for the roof set up? Which brand, size and maybe a prepered place??? I think, I shouldn't go more than 100gal. How big of a roof can you do with 50gal or 100gal tank. How about this one? Snyder Industries Square-Ended Poly Spray Tank 100 Gallon Capacity | Sprayer Tanks | Northern Tool + Equipment Is this too big? Should I go smaller? What you guys think? Thank's!

Im willing to do labor for learning and gaining experience in any area of this business. It could be roof cleaning, house washing, flat work,..... If there is anyone willing to take me under their wings this would help me getting the knowledge I need. I would prefer in Northeast or down South.

PG condo complex pics 1st set - I need for you pros to help me with rough estimate on pressure washing this complex, including the small house attached to it. And seperate estimate for gutters, complex plus small house. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ohhhhhh well not too many responses. 1st Condo complex "PG" I bit it at $875.00 for wash and cleaning inside gutters for $245.00 2nd Condo complex "NC" I bit it at 950.00 for wash and cleaning inside gutters for $245.00 How did I do? Did I go too low or to high? Any commnets?

Like I've said. Just a rough estimate!

They asked for two separate estimates. One just for washing the siding and the other to clean inside the gutters in both complexes. Those complexes are about 100 feet away from each other.
