POLE PWI- what do you pay starting labor...?
Ron Musgraves replied to Ron Musgraves's question in The Club House
LOL, wrong,,, personal income tax is ultimately your responsibility. the withholding your reffering to are Fica, state and others such as des ect. of course if the employee claims an income status you would need to withhold. I guess you didnt read carefully. Since my spelling is poor i'm sorry you cannot understand or read what i say. Barry you have informed me about my spelling in the past. your repeating yourself. Correct yourself again, Mr. i sub-contract everything... I use real subs...sorry you are upset about it. Thanks for the correction on poll.. I will probably spell it pole again. Sorry for you thinking everyones and idiot becasue they can't spell correctly. you see some would be intimidated by your pole remark. I'm not upset with you at all Barry. I just wish you would quit hiding behind that stupid user name. Beth, THIS is why real names need to be used. this wouldnt exist unless. BArry (Bozobush) I will not engage in your posts. Bye!! -
Hello Paul-UK I still cant get in..LOL

POLE PWI- what do you pay starting labor...?
Ron Musgraves replied to Ron Musgraves's question in The Club House
Beth, you can adjust the thread, its a good topic about subs. make a new thread or pole about who subs? that post the link on *** where they are talking about this. I know the law about sub contracting. most do not meet the requirements. the sub really needs to be a sub. ist pretty much that simple. those who think they have it beat just have not been caught. There are ways around paying all the required misc: things involved with employees. I choose not to practice for reasons of my own. However there are better alternative methods. Some can have employees sign off on these obligations. Remember Income tax only falls on one person,,,, Yourself... -

My answer fro anyone looking for pressure washing insurance is not what company you use but your need a large commercial broker. The reason is over the years I had many small agents that wrote my policies and they could not facilitate my request. I found mine by the smaller guy directing me to another that could write and cg29 that most larger builders require. {I’m not explaining what that is just research that yourself} Anyway, Joe Walters is a larger or what you might call a specialist. He handles commercial types of insurance. I would recommend you find the Joe Walters close to you. Every major city has on or two guys that write the most commercial policy’s. How do you find these guys, call farmers, state farm & all states head quarters and ask. Example: just say could you direct me to the three largest commercial brokers in my area. ( don’t ask the agents) Give these people all the info that Paul provided and they will get you the best quote. Keep in mind this is what I’m telling you, I service Flat work. I do a great job servicing flat work. I’m effective and quick at what I do. I specialize in that field. My customers all are very satisfied. If someone says Ron can you wash trucks I can say yes. Does that mean when they hire me they will be getting the best service or even the best price? I will charge more because its really something I do not do or want to do. don’t assume that and insurance guy wants your commercial policy. Take it to one you know wants it. Its more work to write these and the right guy is set up and ready to do it. Just like I do flat work.

cost per truck,,, newer one are less than mine,,, however i save lots on insurance.... I only have 6 that are worth full coverage. the others are liability only.. that pays for there maint. My sales drive new and my self.. in the fleet only one other is covered full.
-
The ford diesels have the least maint.. how ever when they do they cost more to repair. FORD"S ARE tougher... My chevy's are running good... I couldnt tell yah about dodge or any others because i wont buy them anymore....LOL

Good luck in the future Ron, posted this link at ***,, maybe someone will see and offer what you want.

I buy old trucks, good used ones... I have put seven motors in one of them and practically replaced seats axels and mirrors over the last 20 years. my oldest is a 89 f350 gas guzzeller... My chevys do get better gas milelage. my fords really are tougher. i have three diesels and i love them... i wish i could find a few more at auction. one ran almost 650,000 with out major repair. i have a 97 250 that has 265,000 and i'm waiting fro the motor to go. it will get a new 5.4 leader motor. i just put new trany and other items. My sales people get new trucks every 2 to three years, yes they abuse them but i trade them before they have too many miles. My fleet of service truck i dont think will ever be new unless my patience come to and end. kicking tires is not that fun, but its a nessasary evil.

http://www.powerwashnetwork.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6352&perpage=10&pagenumber=1 This post has a lot of great info, I realize the intent but yet if it causes damage to tell your prices then I think this post sums it. Or does this post damage this even more. I for one don’t believe that sharing the base for a price can hurt the system unless you’re a lOWBALLER like this. I think low ballers are affected and fear the competition. They compete on unfair playing fields and are constantly worried about someone else rather than just flat taking the work. I don’t agree with the semantics but I like the info in the post.
