    Did you have a written agreement? Start using one today if you were not using one yesterday.

    If you are using a written agreement simply file the claim yourself in a small claims court. They will need to reply and you will find out the reason they are not paying

    In 20 years I have never seen so much bankruptcy. This year has been bad; it seems I have received notice after notice.

    Fortunately none have resulted in a bad situation yet. I have work with some for years and it seems ridiculous they are BK

    Get a strong letter and send it to them demanding payment. Call over the manager’s head if it’s a company. Send the invoice directly to accounting

    No i didnt miss it, I responded. You may be the only one not going there. I look at the tracking that i have on all the bbs and *** still remains 3 by a large margin.

    Someone may have miss informed you about what make a bbs busy. Traffic and activity are two separate issues.

    I will admit theres no activity and not much happening. But it does not lack traffic.

    It does lack TLC>>>>>we know who that is?

    You can use them, i have in the past. I do not like the fees. you pay 1.90 per transactions. I just phone the card or text it to my office. We have incripted software for the card numbers we have stored for regular billing.

    I like taking credit cards, more and more customers want to use them. BIG PLUS.

    Dont be affraid of paypal. the olny thing i'm affraid of are the fees.

    Word of mouth, I wouldnt eat if i relied on that. My mouth would not keep my trucks busy enough.

    Yellow page ads stink toooooo.

    I recieve word of mouth jobs but i have to be honest it wouldnt pay my bills. I understand that smaller guys that do residential work might get alot but commercial people are to busy.

    Getting on vendor lists and doing corporate shows are the ticket. when your on and interanal phone book or approved vendor list thats when you hit pay dirt.

    Gross annual 147,680.00 One man average

    Some may feel this is sensitive but i dont care. its real and i won't argue it just believe it or not. My average is 71.oo per hour per rig.

    My best man has high grossed 17,500.00 in one month. if you could keep that pace it would be 192,000.00 per year.

    the employee that was stupid enough to park in the drive. most of my new construction contract if you leave payment it will cost you 500.00.... thats standard throughout the industry. I realize you guys are talking residential but i only do customers house and i usally dont charged them. I still dont pull in the drive. we usally use a portable machine that we use on resorts or get the hose out.
