  1. My answer fro anyone looking for pressure washing insurance is not what company you use but your need a large commercial broker. The reason is over the years I had many small agents that wrote my policies and they could not facilitate my request. I found mine by the smaller guy directing me to another that could write and cg29 that most larger builders require. {I’m not explaining what that is just research that yourself}

    Anyway, Joe Walters is a larger or what you might call a specialist. He handles commercial types of insurance. I would recommend you find the Joe Walters close to you. Every major city has on or two guys that write the most commercial policy’s.

    How do you find these guys, call farmers, state farm & all states head quarters and ask. Example: just say could you direct me to the three largest commercial brokers in my area. ( don’t ask the agents)

    Give these people all the info that Paul provided and they will get you the best quote.

    Keep in mind this is what I’m telling you, I service Flat work. I do a great job servicing flat work. I’m effective and quick at what I do. I specialize in that field. My customers all are very satisfied. If someone says Ron can you wash trucks I can say yes. Does that mean when they hire me they will be getting the best service or even the best price? I will charge more because its really something I do not do or want to do. don’t assume that and insurance guy wants your commercial policy. Take it to one you know wants it. Its more work to write these and the right guy is set up and ready to do it. Just like I do flat work.

  2. cost per truck,,, newer one are less than mine,,, however i save lots on insurance.... I only have 6 that are worth full coverage. the others are liability only.. that pays for there maint.

    My sales drive new and my self.. in the fleet only one other is covered full.

  3. I buy old trucks, good used ones... I have put seven motors in one of them and practically replaced seats axels and mirrors over the last 20 years. my oldest is a 89 f350 gas guzzeller... My chevys do get better gas milelage. my fords really are tougher.

    i have three diesels and i love them... i wish i could find a few more at auction. one ran almost 650,000 with out major repair.

    i have a 97 250 that has 265,000 and i'm waiting fro the motor to go. it will get a new 5.4 leader motor. i just put new trany and other items.

    My sales people get new trucks every 2 to three years, yes they abuse them but i trade them before they have too many miles. My fleet of service truck i dont think will ever be new unless my patience come to and end. kicking tires is not that fun, but its a nessasary evil.

  4. AMEX,,,, Hotels maybe free..

    I’m checking if I can get my rooms free on my rewards off my American express card. I have about 50,000 points. It takes 1000 for two night stay. I’m checking on this in the morning.

    Does anyone else have rewards points from another source? I have never used mine; I recently booked a hotel in cali for a seven day stay. I did that with my Marriott rewards.
