  1. I guess 5 if you count shoveling Coal into a Boiler with my brother. It was fun to watch him do it, couldnt stand the cigarette smoke from him smoking. The Coal boiler smell didn't bother me. Hence that was my Cleaning Career start, boilers ran the presses.

  2. here is the a to your q

The Mallard System is more like pest control than pressure washing. All of the soft wash bleach jockys out there have tried to mirror the Mallard Systems performance.

Bleach and water doesnt get the results the Mallard Systems chemicals do!

It is applied like a pest control truck would spray a yard. It has some bleach in it. However the bleach is added only to get an instant clean on the surface. High levels of bleach will damage surfaces.

The added chemicals have algacides, fungicides and spore blockers. Also included are surfactants and other cleaning agents.

The "Duck Sauce" is 100% biodegradeable becoming carbon and or water within 10 days of its intro to the enviroment.

We dont sell it so this wasnt a ploy or ad to sell our system.

I started the Mallard System in 1992 and at one time had 100 employees in 3 branches and did 5 mil a year in roof cleaning.

here is a pic of our Orlando branch in 1999,

  5. Thanks for the opportunity Ron and I really mean that. I'm itching to do something and I think you can see it. I can't keep myself mentally still. The one thing I couldn't do is go back to any group that I was involved with under any type of probationary status or "second hand" citizen type membership packed with warnings. I would accept a free and clear membership because I did probably more then 90% of what most members do when they joined one of these org's and I think my record on that stands for itself.

My drawbacks is I can push the envelope to far and rarely I do that but unfortunately I did do just that to the ***** a couple of years ago and I fixed that as best I could on my own to mend those fences.

If you needed references I've been told that in my time as Union president in my last job I was the best they ever had and still told that to this day(I took on a lot then but the best thing i did was as a VP was to be able to find the loop hole to village law where we can't solicit money and now every year my job raises 30-50grand a year just thru mailers).

The PWNA I would get the support of the ones who know me because they know I have a labor type mentality that's not afraid to work.

The one thing I have to add here is no matter what a moderator of a bulletin board that belongs to an org should "not" be allowed to moderate a board member of his own or another org. Publically. If there is a something perceived wrong they can tell the person via email of what there doing is in violation of the bulletin board and if there is nor change there then it should be reported to another MOD on that board and he or she can either do something or let it go.

If this doesn't happen it will continuously cause a fundamental breakdown of the organization system on the net.

Two examples of this was myself having the ability to moderate Doug ********** who is a VP and other org members moderating Jim Gamble who has a chair slot. Non org members that are moderators should handle anything they see wrong.. This one is just one of my opinions I see that hurt the two orgs in question..

So in closing if you feel I can come back in with a clean slate then I'll rescind my resignation thru a letter.. If you think I need to get like a probationary status I'll pass. I saw that happened to a few others and I know I don't deserve that just like I didn't think I deserved a ban I was given because of how it was given recently.. And battling is not what I really do nor do I like it.. It's getting something done that is positive is what I like to do or just enjoy my membership like everyone else hopefully can..

Man I can type long post:excitement: so long I'm starting to get less and less views while my spelling and grammar look worse because my post are to long to recheck--DOH!!!!

There are for the First time since Carlos Opened the org like 20 or more Men an Women working Hard John.

I have 9 Bod Seats who will determine what's going to happen. Submit the Letter simply you would like to withdraw your resignation.

John I will not discuss further here with you because I do not make this Decision alone. Its pretty much That Simple.. as you have stated above a Non Profit has procedures an rules to be followed.

  6. I wonder What sealer your using today four years later almost

It's that time of year again folks, time to reflect on the season behind us, and make changes for the new year. Having said that, I think it is safe to say we have all been yearning for an oil ever since the VOC laws changed in 2005. Gone are the sealers of old, we are faced with all sorts of things, hybrids, tough strips and the like. So....what's YOUR sealer of choice for 2009?

It's multiple choice. Don't forget to vote! :dancing:

    Beth :sunshine: :groovy3: :cup:

  7. I perceive my fellow contractors regonition as the highest complement, if you do not want to publicly say please just text or email me. Pm me here if thats easy, your recommendations are private an as I said before there's now vote or anything. Now if you don't see someone you thought should be mentioned on the final list that would actually not be justice? Its not really judgement, who would you hire to do your place if you needed it?

Ahh, sorry Ron. I wouldn't want to say anyone, because I honestly don't know that many in the wood trade. There are probably 10 or 15 I would put on the same level from my years of reading here.

I simply can't judge or put some people on a pedestal above others, and I can't trash anyone either, I'd rather remain neutral. I was simply nodding to the women who work along side their men in this business.

Kick some butt at whatever you're up to. I hope you get the information you need from others.

  8. Ooops I didn't even mean to post. Thats what I get for holding the baby and trying to read the bbs!

I have nothing to add because I don't know awhole lot about wood.

Sent from my C771 using Tapatalk

I'm not sure you need to know wood in this case, its about your PEERS. I know nothing about wood, I know that there are a few guys that have stood the test of time. They also come with the right answers, I have heard back from guys who they have helped as really knowing there stuff.

Thats all mine is based on.

  9. I think you off track on this, actually the highest compliment someone can get would be from there peers. No one is asking for judgement.

Is there anyone whom you look up to in this business, it doesn't need to be three, as I said its not a contest of who's better. Its just some help as to a place to start. I'm not Clear if you wanted to Say Beth & RoD or Roger & Celeste?

Hmmm....I don't bother judging others. How good they are is determined by THE CUSTOMER, not me. Perception is everything, and if the customer perceives them as good, they're just as good as any so-called top dogs from internet forums.

All the guys here do good work from what I've seen, and I wish them the best of success. Rock on fellas, and ladies (nod to Beth, Celeste, my better half and some of the others out there).
