  5. Black Streaks on Gutters

We use gutter grenade. We manage the customers expectations by telling them the gutters will be cleaner than they are. We do not tell them the gutters will look like new.
  6. +1 We use one from time to time. Last time we had to remove tar from stamped concrete before sealing.

  8. My answer. We charge enough to cover our operating cost and make a profit.
  9. I talk to a lot of guys around the country. Some I help some are helping me. As far as drawing the line I've never had someone who would be a direct competitor contact me. So my answer would be no training for direct competitors. I will work with or refer work to people in my area if needed.

  19. Decision Time

Sorry bylaws for an scorp not operating agreement. The bylaws are what protect your personal assets in an scorp.
  20. Decision Time

Who did your operating agreement? If you don't have an operating agreement, your s corp more than likely does not protect your personal assets. Anyone can file for their own s corp LLC etc. it's having the proper paperwork that requires the legal skills. So even if you are the only shareholder of the s corp. you still need an operating agreement.
  21. Decision Time

Be careful doing this. If any of your paperwork is flawed. You do not have the protection an llc is intended to provide. You are much better off using an attorney or legal zoom
  22. Decision Time

LLC cost vary by state. You can get on legal zoom and check your state. In some states you also have to publish public notices if the formation of your llc this will add to the cost.
