Sealer/Stain dry times
h2o spray posted a question in Wood Cleaning & Restoration - Decks, Fences, etc.
Going to give staining a trial run for the first time (my own deck) The deck is Pressure treated pine recently stripped & cleaned. We have ALOT of request for services and we refer out as of now. I feel there is ALOT to learn before actually being able to offer deck sealing/staining. I feel confident with the cleaning process and have educated myself thru-out the various forums. Now needing to actually seal/stain. Can any one recommend a good sealer/stain that will be an easier application process for a beginner? Also as far as dry times, after washing the deck what is the recommended dryness before being able to apply the sealer/stain and then after applying stain/sealer how long before full contact? I understand weather plays an important role so lets say under perfect weather conditions.(no rain, above 65 degrees) Looking for the professionals basic process. Thanks in advance! -

The window has vinyl trim and yes this is a very high end home 1 mil. plus! This is why I can not leave any room for error. I was thinking SH plus surfactant, one thing I did not mention is there is copper trim close by and for-sure did not want the SH hitting it.Thanks for the support. I also contact Prosoco field support and they have recommended a few of their products (Reklaim and Vana Trol) So I will have a few options for the job. Thanks again!

Have a client that has a very high-end home , around all of the windows the moldings are stained, it looks as if someone already tried to use a chemical and caused streaking. Anyone have any experience with this? If so what chemical recommendations do you have? Thanks

New Power Washing Season Coming
h2o spray replied to mike movila's question in Residential Pressure Washing
We still go door to door and hang door hangers. This is the first marketing we ever did and although we have grown from other sources we refuse to quit what work for us in the beginning. "Never forget where you come from" It is not easy but in my opinion it is a great source for new business! Internet is an excellent choice as well! We have NOT successful with EDDM, and for that reason have discontinued it. If you don't mind doing a little extra work take a look at sendjim, https://sendjim.io/home they have some great marketing ideas at affordable pricing.
