dkpowerwashing 14 Report post Posted June 15, 2007 I washed a house that had yellow stains on the siding, near all garden areas. The home owner believes it is from the well water, could this be true? If so, how can they be removed? Any suggestions would be great.
0 814jeffw 71 Report post Posted June 15, 2007 Could be from hard water (well water). Oxalic acid applied to these areas should work for you. Jeff
0 Camelot 68 Report post Posted June 15, 2007 Oxalic will most definitely work...try a test area first...and rinse, rinse, rinse

0 Beth n Rod 1,279 Report post Posted June 16, 2007 ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!! Recently I went out to help Rod, and the job of the day was a building wash in a not so nice area, next to a liquor store. The area locals had a few choice places they liked to hang out, drink, ...sleep ( aka pass out) and pee. The building had horrible stains on it...that poor brick...and the poor fence! Pee stains are just nasty! Beth
