aluminum citric acid cleaner, where??

I need to find a dealer for aluminum citric acid cleaner. It uses phosporic acid if I am correct instead of hydrocloric. It is not abbrasive and doesnt turn aluminum "white" and if I am correct it also is safe on polished aluminum. I need to get some prefer in powder form.

I have straight citric and citric / phosphoric brighteners, but both are in liquid form due to the surfactant and softening systems built in to the mix.

You are not going to find it. You can get Citric powders, but there are not any surfactants in it.
