MMI Enterprises 289 Report post Posted February 11, 2009 Instead of calling your leads as soon as they come in stick the tele number, name, or email into a google search to see if a competitor shopping/testing the system was dumb enough to provide non-anonymous info. This could save you from wasted tme of actually following up on a lead in sendng emails or leaving phone messages or having a problem collecting on your lead credit requests with SM. DCOX007 14 Report post Posted February 12, 2009 The other way I use the internet for gutter cleaning I look up the house on Microsoft live maps and can see the house in this area with no trees and know enough to quote the job over the phone. If I need more details I check Zillow for the square footage of the house and it tells me enough to make a good judgment. I do not have that much of a problem with wasted leads from competitors.
