So this is what i was thinking. After i go and do a bid, i want to place a door hanger on the nieghbors near by. I want to say something like "we're in the nieghborhood" kind of approach. As you can see i need some help on the wording.
And for the place i am bidding, i will leave a brochure of the stain i am using and a flyer explaining the process for each type of work i am bidding, and then finally leave a magnet for their fridge( all on their front door).
And then if i get the job, i will send out a mailer to the nieghbors with the "keeping up with the jones" type of theme.
