bacsdad 14 Report post Posted October 10, 2009 I have a 4,000 psi 5.5 gpm unit from Spraymall with heater. I am in need of a wiring diagram between the heater switch and thermostat. It has a Beckett burner on it. Any suggestions? Thanks

bacsdad 14 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 It wa.s sold by Spraymall but it is a Pressure Pro Model No. 05-01618. From what I understand it was built by Alkota. It has a 20HP Honda engine and a Beckett RW8 Model A DC Series oil burner

bacsdad 14 Report post Posted October 12, 2009 It is actually two problems, The first one is the wiring from the heater switch to the thermostat. Someone was checking the voltage of the wires to determine if there was a ground problem and when he put the wires back one must have been crossed because I now blow the fuse each time I switch the heater on. The second problem and the main problem is that the heater will not fire up. I am no strnger to pressure washers but have never had one with a heater. Any help is greatly appreciated.
