RGilliam 46 Report post Posted October 10, 2009 I done a house wash yesterday and got to the back of the house and realized there was stain all over the vinyl siding. I didn't notice it when I gave the estimate. Anyone know of anything that will take it off without damaging the vinyl?
0 douseahouse 21 Report post Posted October 10, 2009 you're probably not going to get a good answer without pictures. can you post some please? are you talking about stain from a fence or deck? krud kutter and elbow grease have worked well for me in the past if that is your stain. rando

0 Rick2 42 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 Once while stripping a deck with mild HD80 I got some on the siding where someone had gotten stain on. It took it right off. It didn't seem to harm the siding but I wont swear to it.
0 RGilliam 46 Report post Posted October 11, 2009 yea I got most of it off. I had some small bottles of stripper. I put a little on a rag and just dabbed it on the spots, scrubbed it off, then rinsed really well. It didn't damage the vinyl at all.
