Christopher 102 Report post Posted November 18, 2009 There are some others out there besides those two. I just got a water softener and will be installing it soon. I have heard for years the benefits of using a water softener but most use salt and they have a system that regenerates itself when needed at whatever hour you choose like 2am or later when you are asleep. We Wash Concrete 64 Report post Posted November 19, 2009 Are you planning on useing the water softener for home use or for some kind of cleaning application, like cleaning windows?
