0 James 625 Report post Posted May 6, 2010 I know how to get rid of it. The issue is the deck was sealed and the type of maintenance process was compromised. So when there is oil still in the wood from the previous work and it looks like all is gone from the cleaning process, it's not !! You almost have to do a complete strip to do it right and I did not. They paid 2400 the first time for a strip and I was doing a 1200 maint. There were drippings on the rails all over the place and I scraped the stuff off the floor to reduce the thickness . I could put wicks in the globs on the floor and they would work !!! Ha Ha Wonderful people . Head of Pro football for a major network !! They may get it if I stop by during the year and throw a Flag for mis- use of candles . 15% added to next maintenance for each infraction !!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
