As Beth replied, HD80 will be best. Depending on how many coats of that nasty stuff is on the deck, you may have to use super strength or at least full strength. If the stuff is withing 3 years from first application, you may want to use the booster. Please post some pics of the project if you can.

Believe it or not, EFC-38 was created to be able to strip cwf.

It has worked on cwf in cases where we were just doing a maintenance wash and it took of some of it where it was thinly applied to the rails.

HD-80 would be the better choice though if you are needing to do a complete strip.

6-8 oz/gallon and keep applying to the rails as these will be the most intact and take the longest to strip. Cwf turns cloudy once the product is ready to be rinsed off.
