SWEET! Nice job on the Pressure Washing Adrian. We don't have too many Brick Houses over here in Florida to Pressure Wash but when we get one I enjoy Cleaning them. Keep up the great work!

Lots of brick here Larry.

The sad thing is that once all of the "black" was washed away, it revealed some nasty foundation settling cracks.

If it is not addressed soon, the chimney will actually just topple over.

Customer was very happy with the cleaning. He just was not happy about what the cleaning revealed.

Just a regular housewash mix, Rick. I made it a little hotter with a little extra psi dialed up to tackle the black stuff.

I didn't use any chem on the driveway. Didn't really need it. It came out ok for 30 plus year old driveway.

Are you sure you didn't put something in your wash solution to cause the foundation to settle so that you could get your mason buddy some work? lol

Nice work - it came out great.

Tim McCulla

That whole street would have been a bricklayers dream come true. It seemed like the entire neighborhood was "leaning" due to settling issues.

House rule. You will get alot more response when everyone knows who they are talking to.

Some of these companies have done tens of thousands of resi washes and there is plenty of info to help you on your way.

Cheers.
