Any comments good, bad or ugly?

I am thinking of using this in the recovery area rather than a traditional sump pump that requires a generator. Makes no sense to run the generator if this will do the trick. Can also be used for washdown where high gpm is needed.

My only worries are the amps that is needed to run this bad boy. I looked through the link and could not find anything about the how much amps it pulls.

Looks like it would work for what you want it for and it sure is alot less noise than using your generator.

They run 5 amps according to a spec sheet that I saw awhile back. It would mainly be for intermittent use with a float switch and should run fine from my washer battery for the reclaim purposes.

They run for around $160.00 and less depending where you shop online.
