Wet Spots?

I did an airplane hangar yesterday it was an older vinyl. I went by today to look at it and it has dark spots that look like there still wet, but it is completely dry? Could it be I didnt rinse enough? There is some oxidation on the vinly also so it looks blotchy in parts. I am going back out Thursday to redo, any suggestions?

what did you use to remove the oxidation?

I just used the standard hw mix 2 Gallons sh 3 water a little soap and down stream it then rinse with low pressure I wasn't trying to remove oxidation

No it was definitely vinyl I am going back Thursday to wash again this time with just dawn and rinse the heck out of it. Hopefully this works

Sometimes a little agitation is required because the temperature currently is far from ambient. I was cleaning a white vinyl home and had to wash heavy deposited areas more than once because the temperature was 29oF.

Could they be oil spots, armor all or something like that?

Well heres the update, went back Thursday sprayed the sides down with soap and water and took a push broom with med bristles and scrubbed, scrubbed and scrubbed the sides of the hangar, rinsed forever:) and all the oxidation is gone = 100% happy home owner
