Removing Mortar From Glass

Any tips on removing new construction mortar from windows? It is hard to imagine how the masons accomplished this feat...

The mortar is a little thick in spots.

If it was real light I'd feel fine but I'm not real sure on this one.

I guess I could hit it and spray the sills the whole time (they are metal) and repeat as necessary? It might be hard to get enough linger time on to eat the mortar without causing other problems.

I generally use a window scraper if you can't PW it... harder with tint or poorly tempered glass as the scraper would then destroy the windows...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. How did it become the powerwasher's job to clean concrete off windows?

Cool. Well I'm set to spray tomorrow after doing set up and roughing the brick today. Hopefully it won't be gusty like today!
