How do I get the gear off this Graco pressure washer "gear Drive" pump?

I have always owned belt drive machines. In fact I have 4 electric start belt drives + this electric start gear drive, that I picked up at a garage sale.

I need to put it on one of my belt drive machines, because one pump went bad. Can anyone explain how to remove this big gear? Also, does anyone know what psi and gpm this pump is? I dont see anu model number etc, just the plate in one of the photos.

I would very much appreciate help. Thank You!post-7897-137772430938_thumb.jpg

There's a setscrew hiding between the gear and the pump. Get it loose, and the gear should slide right off.

I just went and looked and sure enough! A set screw! Thanks Russ!

Do you agree that the pump, it is a relabeled TS2021, - 5.5 at 3000psi ?

Thanks again!!

Chuck

Have you tried a gear puller? As for the pump, it is a relabelled TS2021, so 5.5 at 3000psi. It should be on a 13 hp motor.

Thank you Scott. All my other pumps are ts2021's and this looked like them, so I was HOPING that it was!

I assumed I would need a gear puller myself.

Thanks again!

Chuck
