what is your average sq. ft. per hour?

Question

Hello,

I am trying to find out what everyone's sq. ft. per hour cleaning on concrete is so when I do some bigger jobs, I can time myself and see how I am doing. I have seen in some posts from 1000 to 2900 sq. ft. per hour. I am doing this by myself with a hot water, 3000psi, 5.6gpm machine with a 24" steel eagle. Please let me know how much you do per hour by yourself. Thanks.

It all depends on the job. If you have a bunch of obstacles in your way then it will add considerable more time.

On last check, I was averaging 3500 sq feet per hour. That time included X Jet of chemicals, using the 24" Steel Eagle, and rinsing with the wand. This place was filthy and had plenty of obstacles and gum.
