0 RPetry 564 Report post Posted October 5, 2013 Shane, Real nice house and an attractive designed deck. Like the Baker's color on that SYP. Too bad it was not a mahogany, ipe', or WRC deck, it would have been even better!
0 seymore 90 Report post Posted October 5, 2013 Thanks Rick  Yeah I wish it was some prettier wood also these 2x4's just don't look the same. You can tee off right out the door....

It's better than 1 or 5/4 x 6 decking. We see too much of that. 2 x lasts a lot longer. Nice digs, that golf course makes me want to retire!
0 John T 744 Report post Posted October 6, 2013 (edited) Great work as usual Shane. I like that deck design. The only problem that guy would have is if he saw me hacking away and sending golf balls like missiles towards his house. I wonder of his family hits the deck every time they here the number 4 even if it's on TV? Edited October 6, 2013 by John T

Thanks John  Yeah great design just wished it was a better quality deck material not the prettiest wood. I think they are lucky they are behind the tee box vs the fairway I know I've dodged some balls on a few decks before!
