New River

I was driving down the road yesterday and came across a river... a river? I dont remember there ever being a river on this road! I guess this is what you get when you have 24 inches of melting snow and 5 inches of rain. Washes away asphalt roads and newly formed flowing rivers appear! Needless to say I turned around.

We are being flooded here, rain rain rain Sat, Sun. Mon, yesterday day before a little sun. Where is my sunny vacation going come Monday? it is raining in Vegas too. NUTS

The water is receeding, but alot of homes were flooded out up this way. Now I watch the video from So Cal with the mud slides and everything, what an active winter this has been. I know for us it's been a roller coaster ride, 3 days in the 50's then 3 days in the 0's then back to the 40's and 50's. Rain Rain Rain, every where you look in the country.
