Black stain on front porch.

I have a customer with a stain on her porch and doesn't seem to know hot it got there as she just moved in.

I believe it's old wax. Any one have any solutions on how to remove it?

Heat gun and disposable towels to remove the bulk of it.

Goof off to deal with the residue.

Would you wet the towel or leave it dry?
