Wrought Iron Fence, Paint Stripping

Question

Need help to bid a wrought iron fence that the paint is peeling on about 70% and bid painting as well. The fence is 3' high galvanized and it is rusted where they welded the rails to the posts, the top caps are peeling as well as most of the spindles. How should I strip and what would be the best paint to apply? I was thinking of a 2-part epoxy and rolling it on with a 2" ROLLER, and hitting the welds with a spray can of galvanic primer (approved for gov't jobs) I COULD USE MY AIRLESS AND AN ENAMEL, BUT A LOT OF WASTE of material AND MIGHT NOT LAST AS LONG.

When I do an estimate, I have a level of difficulty coding system I put on the bottom of my sheet. This one would get a J.F.H for a true job from hell. Sounds like you know what you are doing though. This one is out of my league, I wouldn't even know where to begin on an estimate.
