Finally a Resolution

This is in regards to the thread http://www.thegrimescene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2116 .

Just recv'd a call from the homeowner. We have justice. The deckbuilder has finally come to his senses and will be replacing 24 floor boards, 1 band board, 8 posts.

This has been going on for a year now and it will soon be over. I did tell the homeowner to make certain the builder didn't just dump the wood on his drive way and leave it exposed as he did last year. He left it exposed for 6 weeks before building.

Praise the Lord it's finally coming to an end.

I'm headed to the Smokey Mountains Saturday on the bike. They stated this may all happen within the next two weeks. I told him to call me the minute it is completed and I will do him first thing and bump whomever I have to, to get him finished once and for all.
