RCBill 14 Report post Posted June 16, 2005 Gearing up for a new service offering can be difficult. I've had a hell of a time getting the right fittings for my SureFlo pump system. The guys at Sun Brite have been very helpful. Recently I had a problem that one of the Sub Brite guys named Jim got his teeth into. He went a couple extra miles to help me to an appropriate resolution with a third party. Good job Jim. I wish I could find an employee with your work ethic. Henry B. 4 Report post Posted June 19, 2005 Another Kudos for Sunbrite... I called up Pete on Thursday to ask him about the deckster. I had a hose blow out in use and I called him about ordering a replacement hose for it. He told me it may have been a bad hose and they would send me a brand new one at no charge... I didn't even ask for a new one, it was just offered. I wish they were a bit closer I'd move my shop right next door!... lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
