sethfenster 14 Report post Posted June 25, 2005 I never knew there were so many choices out there. My lance broke off at the threads so I need a new one. Insulated, non-insulated? Dual? 12", 60"? handle? No handle? What do I need to consider when getting a new one? What are you all using? The one I was using was a 36" insulated I'm pretty sure. I think I would like a little more length but I don't know. Also what do I need to know about the guns? Thanks in advance. -SETH
Henry B. 4 Report post Posted June 26, 2005 Hey seth, You can get a new lance in lowes or home depot around here. There's also a place called Gaithersburg Pump supply right next to 370 that carries them. Give me a call sometime, it's always nice to meet a new power washer in the area and if you get a chance, check out the Maryland PWNA chapter meeting on the 8th of August, give me a call and I'll give you the details. I have a hot washer, so I only use insulated wands, but with cold it is optional. When choosing guns, it is important to make sure that they are rated for your gpm and psi. I prefer the straight guns.
