A few pic's of a fence I cleaned today

Here is the shadow box fence I cleaned today(120') There was no stain on it and I couldn't sell the customer on staining it :( . I used F-10 to clean and F-8 to brighten after. In the 1 pic you can see were the customer started it and it took him about 3 hrs to go 30-40 ft. I did the rest in about 4 hrs ( both sides). The F-10 made the grey dead wood just melt off.

Look's great scott. Nice job. Look at it this way, easy money and every year he may want you to come back and re-clean it.

looks real nice.....bet the homeowner was loving it after the work he had to put into it for such a small section....

We have had results like that with F-10 as well. Bob's percarb is great for gentle maintenance such as this. Now go sell the seal job! Tell them the wood will be grey in a year. Tell them if you seal it with a semi-transparent, they will get at least 3 years out of it.

Beth, I tried but he just didn't want it done. I hope he calls next year when it needs done again , then maybe I can sell him on staining it.
