Cleaning Stucco

Question

Hi to all from an newbie, what is the best way to clean stucco and what are the do’s and don’t. What chemicals are effective, and at what pressure. The house is approximately 20 years old with several areas of mold. Thanks to all for sharing your experience.

That "mild" detergent should be Delco's R-109 mixed at 24 dry ounces/gallon and X-Jetted on at 2:1

Both of these jobs were done with that mix and both customers were completely satisfied. You may not be able to use bleach though in some areas because of the smell. We typicall use a gallon or so in a 5 gallon mix with the R-109. We have much stronger solutions as well just in case there are instances of efflorescence, mineral stains, rust etc.
