Here's a shot of a sorely abused and neglected PT lumber floor. It's been faithfully beaten up by other companies and sealed. This deck was in shade all day, with mature tree growth all around the house and over it - large trees - and the house was cedar and in WORSE shape than the deck. The house is black and the owners have no desire to get it done. Well, hopefully they will come around in time.

Hopefully they will want the house done. If it is worse than the deck I could just picture it now. Boy that's scary. I must go into the light now.

The house was black, and the bottom of the vertical boards was rotting in places. They really need to replace some of the boards. We brought the rot to thier attention, they were aware of it, and said if we didn't touch it, it wouldn't fall off. Go figure.
