CCHSNC 14 Report post Posted June 16, 2003 I've been doing this stuff for about 3 yrs. and it hasn't dawned on me until recently that a garunteed way for repeat biz is a service agreement. I'm trying to write some up....1 for house washing....1 for decks....1 for Cedar roofing & siding. Does anyone have a draft that they wouldn't mind sharing? Any help would be great. I can give some money if it's been prepared for by legal support.
Chappy 138 Report post Posted January 17, 2004 Robert, there is a contract on delco's BBS at dcs1.com. I just started using it, but I really like the way it looks. Search their site. Jon CHapman CHapman Property Services.
James 625 Report post Posted January 17, 2004 RESIDENTIAL- Offer them a schedule for those services . Then do reminders. I find they don't like service contracts. Window cleaning is great for this because it's spring and fall or once a year. Wash the house every other year. I do deck maint. every year around the pool and patio furniture must be done every year. Composite decks must be done every year( don't let mold and bacteria grow inside ) It's gotta be done and your always work on a new solution for something. Roofs every 5 years. ect. ect. ect.
