Question on house/gutter washing

Do you guys and gals include the cleaning of the outside of the gutters and facia in with a house wash? Or do you put on an extra charge?

For me around here its about 50/50 one story to two story, but that doesn't mean much in this area, kingdom of the ranch style homes. probably unlike up north where house are built vertical, around here there built horizontal. I clean one stories all the time ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft.
