spiker2005 14 Report post Posted February 12, 2006 I am new to this site, and I would like to know if anyone has any advice how to get more commerical contracts. How to fine bids and also bid on them? I have a sealcoating and pressure washing business, I do very well in the residential market, but I want to do more commerical. I also do carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. I'am trying to establish them because I live in Delaware ( Winter season), I go crazy waiting for winter to end, so I can do the sealcoating and pressure washing. I think this site is great to get information or ask question. Thank you any help would be appreciated:lgtear:
Beth n Rod 1,279 Report post Posted February 12, 2006 Commercial contracts= face to face meetings, authorized faxes to specific contacts, visiting new construction site superintendants as project is under way. Try the Blue Book. Its a contractors referral bible in a sense. Advertise in it or at least get a free listing. Rod!~
