You decide what you want to portray about your company, you include the scope of your services and you update it according to what services you add/remove or specials you decide to run. You want something that is aesthetically pleasing. If you can't come up with such a design, flip through the yellow pages and mimick something you find appealing (doesn't and shouldn't have to be in the same field as you work).
