Surface cleaner problem ?

I just got my 20 inch whirl away, and it seems like it always wants to bog

down due to too much water slowing down the arms from spinning, is this

just normal for a surface cleaner, ? or is there something I should be adjusting, ? It seems like every 10-15 seconds I am having to tilt it a little to blow the water out from underneath it...

I have a Steel Eagle Little Floater that does the same thing. Since I started to tilt it slightly in the direction that I want the water to go, I no longer have any problems.

Also check the tips to be sure they are not clogged. That was a problem once or twice also.
