deck stripping with HD-80

Question

Stripped my first deck today with the HD-80. It was coated with multiple layers of Sikkens. Most of the Sikkens came off which surprised me! Great Job! However, it appears that the mahogany was permanetly discolored in some areas. i stripped the deck twice and in many areas the wood is much darker along the same board. I did neutralize with your product but it didnt have much effect on the wood. What did i do wrong?!!! and how can i fix it?

Have you got a photo? If you neutralized thoroughly it should have lightened up some. Mahogany is a dark wood though... were you there when it began to dry?

p.s. did you neutralize after each stripping? You should do this. If you didn't, you should neutralize again.
